PS：前提条件为 i和j不想等

    arr[i] = arr[i] ^ arr[j];
    arr[j] = arr[i] ^ arr[j];
    arr[i] = arr[i] ^ arr[j];
}

运算

获取一个数最右边的1

rightOne = eor ^ (~eor + 1)
